I really loved the hotel's convenient location in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter with plenty of nearby amenities. The rooms were spacious with a big balcony, but the soundproofing could be better as we could hear noise from other guests. The dining options were limited, but overall a comfortable stay for the price.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were super spacious and spotless, with a fluffy bed and a lovely hot tub. The service was top-notch with excellent room service and housekeeping. The location was unbeatable, just a couple of minutes' walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and surrounded by great dining options. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a wide variety of both Western and Vietnamese dishes. Overall, great value for money with outstanding facilities and amenities.
The hotel offers an executive suite that is fabulous despite slightly small rooms, but they are very clean. The bathroom in the suite is smart and tidy. However, if you prefer quiet and darker rooms, the regular rooms might feel too small and cave-like without an exterior window, which might not suit those who are claustrophobic.
